What benefits does it have?

Nettle is an optimal detoxifier and mineralizer for the body, being rich in beneficial substances and active compounds recommended for iron health. It is widely used as an energizing tonic thanks to the proteins, iron and minerals it contains. Nettle gives you vitamins and balances the natural defence system of the human body, at the same time eliminating the state of anaemia, states of weakness and stimulating the metabolism.

Ingredients:

 extract 1:3.75 in hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water 35/65 in mass ratio) from nettle aerial parts (Urtica dioica).

Method of administration:

 Internal use: Children 7-14 years: 10-30 drops of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water or tea (half a glass) 3 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals. Adults and young people over 15 years: 1-2 teaspoons of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass), 3-4 times a day, on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. External use: – to maintain the process of blood coagulation within normal limits, local bleaching is done with the tincture or with the diluted solution (obtained by adding a teaspoon of the tincture to 100ml of water), depending on the sensitivity of the skin, – to reduce the discomfort that occurs at the level of the haemorrhoidal veins and the anal mucosa apply locally in the form of compresses or poultice with the diluted solution, obtained in the following way: put the tincture in an open vessel and leave it until 1/2 of the amount of alcohol evaporates, after which it is mixed in equal proportions with water, – to maintain scalp health and combat hair loss, rub the scalp with the tincture 2-3 times a week. Contraindications: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to any of the product’s components. Precautions: At p people with gastric sensitivity are recommended to take the product after a meal.

The product is revitalizing, vitaminizing and supports the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. It is recommended for the health of the scalp and combating hair loss, as well as for the elimination of toxins accumulated in the skin.
