Postage & delivery

We support orders placed within and outside the UK to be delivered to your location.

All our deliveries are completed by Royal Mail, Ups, Evri, Yodel, or DPD within the United Kingdom. We use Royal mail, UPS, DPD, FedEx, and suitable courier to specific country. All orders will be provided allocated tracking details for you to track and manage your delivery.

We will keep in touch, letting via email so you know what stage your order is at, once we hand the item(s) off to our courier they will contact via text or email until the items are delivered.

You can contact the courier via their website or app once you receive your tracking e-mail.

All orders come with free delivery for local and national orders except stated.

Deliveries can take up to 2-5 working days depending on the postage selected for local and national deliveries. International deliveries normally take 5 to 14 working days depending on the selected option. You will receive tracking updates via e-mail so you can track the progress of your order.

You can communicate with our courier to arrange an alternative delivery date if you’re not going to be in. Alternatively, our courier will leave a contact card with their details, so you can call them directly to rearrange.

We are unable to stop orders once they have been placed. Once you are in receipt of the item please contact us for a collection to be arranged and a refund processed.

Warranty

Our machines come with different warranties. We will always ensure the length of the warranty offered is clearly identified during the sale process and within our product description for you to see at the point of purchase.

If your item is brand new with manufacturer’s warranty, it is advisable to register your it with them to activate your warranty. We will automatically register your item if your warranty is in store.

After 30 days you will need to contact the return customer service team directly for support. It is worth having the machine with you at the time of contact as you may be required to do diagnostic checks. Our contact details will be found on our Website where you also find our self-help portal.
